The Essential Guide to Warfare es el título de una Essential Guide de tercera generación escrita por Jason Fry y Paul Urquhart, y publicada por Del Rey.[3] Originalmente se llamó The Essential Guide to the Star Wars Military e iba a ser escrita por Karen Traviss, pero después se reemplazó a la autora.
