The asthetics of the show are so star wars. The fact they chose real visual effects over cg is impressive and appreciated

Loved it. There's no mistaking Dave Filoni's fingerprints are all over that show and I credit him fully for it being as awesome as it is. I docked a star for the (at times) grating and ust plain 'wrong' musical score.

A definite 5 star ⭐️ episode. Favreau, Filoni and especially Lucas put The Mandalorian altogether. I was so satisfied with the results. Another great beginning for the Star Wars franchise. Pedro Pascal gave an amazing performance as Mando; a quiet and ruthless individual with an inevitable soft spot. The characters were tremendous and well thought out, and with some familiar faces too. The last part of the film was so unexpected but a perfect ending. I already watched it twice and will probably watch it again. Lol!
