Part of the reason Wookieepedia is so popular is the wiki. It existed long before the forum did, and it’s our gold standard for research.
In my recent creative writing post “I Made Star Wars,” I talked about how essential it is as a Star Wars fan to pass on the story that has affected so many of us. From that, I’d like to push for a tighter connection between Wookieepedia’s wiki and forum.

Editing is a challenge, and those responsible for the vastness of the wiki are an elusive bunch, too busy with their work to spend time on this forum. They’re always looking for helping hands, though, so this thread will be dedicated to teaching forum users to help contribute.
Anyone can edit the wiki, so anyone can help out in this thread.
