^^If that were the case Ahsoka would’ve gotten a healthy dose of mind tricks since she was believed to be a major threat to the Jedi Order prior to her expulsion.

And if the Jedi used mind tricks whenever it was convenient for them, I'm sure the Clone Wars and preceding debacles would have gone a lot smoother

I would join none. The Sith well it's pretty obvious why(even though I'm desperate for a red lightsaber). However, Jedi? No thank you, too many rules involved.

Not much reason for becoming a Sith for me. As an apprentice, you could be used as a tool until another model turns up. As a master, with the full power of the dark side, it would corrupt me and my body. Besides, I'm not a power-hungry or cold person, but with what happened to both Dooku and Vader, who both joined the Sith only to either fix the government or save someone they care for, they lost their old lives and became those things. I'm just too good of a person and too civilized to willingly join them.

For the Jedi, I would serve others, but not care for myself. Even I know that's no way to live, but I'd rather help maintain peace in the galaxy than ruin it and if I'm lucky to make it to Legends Luke's Jedi Order, I'd be allowed to form attachments and live like a normal person.

I would be a Jedi, but from Luke Skywalkers order, because his rules were way more acceptable then the old orders

^ Unfortunately that sounds reasonable only on paper (in theory)… In practice it wouldn’t be that easy. George Lucas made the rules for that – paraphrasing Yoda from the ESB: "once you take down the path of the Dark side, forever will it determine your destiny." Which means you would most likely fall to the dark side by doing that.
