Darth Vader, but all the characters were god awful in this show.

Always with the ten year old children that look nothing like ten year olds

I actually thought Tala was an intriguing and interesting character. Loved the fact she defected from the Empire to join the Hidden Path. I also liked exploring the Hidden Path though her, it's one of the standouts in Obi-Wan Kenobi and a cool concept that Lucasfilm can further develop in a later animated show.
