Why do I feel like they would do this??

On Appo's page it says "At some point between the Battle of Umbara and the Battle of Coruscant, Appo was promoted to the military rank of Clone Commander,[12] but Rex—despite only being a captain—held more authority, retaining his position as leader of the 501st as a whole.[13]" This makes no sence to me that Commander Appo was a higher rank then Captain Rex but Captain Rex still remand the leader of the 501st. I looked into the sources the information is said to come from and I found nothing. I own all the books that are said to be scorced from. Yes, I know Appo becouse a Commander but I assumed it was the same time as Rex and the 332nd and 501st split. Is this information incorrect? Also can someone tell me how to replay to comments, I don't see a reply button? Thanks.

Does anyone know where to get these action figures + any more clones and how expensive they are? I really want to get some cool shots of some of them in different poses so I can draw it after
