As I'm rewatching Rebels Season 2 I'm confused when Rex, Gregor and Wolffe all act like they just parted ways with the empire after years of service. Rex says "the Empire retired us" and "I know of a few places I didn't report to the Empire" when asked by the Ghost crew for potential spots for a Rebel base. Wolffe sends a distress signal to the Empire seeking their help when he thinks Ezra and Kanan are out for revenge and Agent Kallus mentions that Wollfe has a history of calling the Empire for help. Why would they all pretend like they didn't actively fight against the Empire for years prior to the events of Rebels? Wollfe I can understand because we're not sure if or when he joined Rex's clone deserters but I would think that Rex and Gregor at least wouldn't have such an indifferent view of the Empire. Thoughts?

Since the Bad Batch has ended do you think we could get a couple of cartoons that focuses on Rex, Gregor, Wolffe, Howitzer, Echo, & the Clone Underground as a whole, and also a series about Omega with her in the Rebellion? Or could these become live action series for the former Temuera Morrison could play these clones in live action, and as for the latter with Omega who should play her in live action? The idea for live action series was inspired by Ahsoka and if Omega were to get her own live action series should Temuera Morrison also play Hunter, Wrecker, & Crosshair in live action or no?
