Star Wars Legends

So i have been reading some of the Legends and canon pages, and i am wondering why is the show TCW being mixed with the legends clone wars? as there are multiple contradiction on the legends pages, such as origins, events etc. which makes for a confusing reading.

Since the book Darth Plagueis is legends I hope one day we get a canon story about Sheev Palpatine aka Darth Sidious. I would love to see his story about him when he was younger with it ending with him killing Plagueis. Ian McDiarmid should play the older Palpatine but de aged a bit to still be back to the way he was in The Phantom Menace, but someone younger should play him as a young man, and someone should play Plagueis if this was a tv series. I want everyone's opinion should there be a tv series, book, or comics about Darth Sidious or no? If this were to happen of course it will be Canon while at the same time taking some elements from Legends.

Since there have been zero announcements of any books, comics, films, or shows pertaining to this era in Star Wars that's been turned into a blank state due to the former material being given the Legends status, perhaps an Old Republic anime could be a great reintroduction into the era.

Anime has becoming drastically more popular in our current climate and it's a genre that recently has entered Star Wars via Visions & Galaxy of Adventures and considering the Old Republic focuses on a three-way war between Jedi, Sith, & Mandalorians, this story told in an anime style can be very dramatic and epic.

I completely understand why they don’t considering a set canon exists. But as someone who just recently started to get into the older comics and such, so much interesting and unique stuff is in there. Tons of characters and planets to be made without having to really follow any guild lines to be able to not break canon. Not saying it would work today but just wish more side stories existed without having to follow what is considered canon.
