I can see James Cameron working on a Knights of the Old Republic film trilogy down the line.
In 'Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic' and 'Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II,' there are many sith, some past, some present. In the first title, sith lords like Exar Kun, Ajunta Pall, Revan, Malak, and Bandon are common names. In the second title, the main four sith lords are Darth Traya, Lord of Betrayal, Darth Sion, Lord of Pain, Darth Nihilus, Lord of Hunger, and Visas Marr... one thing the two games have in common is that there is an apprentice-master relationship — Darth Malak and Shadow Hand Darth Bandon, and Darth Nihilus and Visas Marr.
What separates Darth Bandon and Visas Marr is that Darth Bandon's lore isn't really that developed. It could be explained in around a paragraph. Look--!
Darth Bandon, formerly a troubled and conflicted padawan of the Jedi Order, lived ~4000 BBY. 5959 BBY, when newly emerged sith lords Darth Malak and Darth Revan tracked down the ancient Rakatan superweapon, "The Starforge," and declared war on both the Jedi Order and Republic. These events led to the Korriban Academy being re-opened for new recruits, and Bandon was among them. His efficiency, skill, and determination brought him to the forefront of the two sith lords attentions, specifically Darth Malak, who'd then take him as his apprentice. 5957 BBY, Darth Malak would betray his sith master Revan and declare himself "Dark Lord of the Sith," whereby Darth Bandon would become Shadow Hand, 2nd in command to Darth Malak's Sith Empire. A year later, Darth Bandon would be sent upon The Endar Spire to capture or kill Bastila Shan, but would be held up by Trask Ulgo. Darth Malak would then hire Calo Nord, but due to his "death" he'd then assign Darth Bandon to capture or kill Bastila. Later when the mind-whiped Revan and his crew were on Manaan, Darth Bandon and two sith assassins would die in their attempt to compelte their mission.
Largely, that's the most important information when it comes to who Darth Bandon is. Visas Marr has way more lore and attention put in to her character. Do you wish the same love applied to Darth Bandon, maybe more lore, interactions, development, etc? 🤔

This isn't about whether or not the game has or hasn't been cancelled; that's into leak/rumor territory which we don't talk about here.
But it crossed my mind that Bioware is, as everyone knows, the developer of the original KotOR.
They are ALSO the developer of the first two Baldur's Gate games.
At the moment, Bioware is preoccupied with Mass Effect and Dragon Age. What isn't so speculatory is that the current dev of the KotOR Remake is having a... tumultuous time, to say the least.
So my query of sorts is this: Larian knocked it WAAAAAY out of the park with Baldur's Gate 3 and proved a worthy successor to Bioware for the series. What if Lucasfilm re-shopped the KotOR Remake to Larian? Would it breathe new life into the remake? They're certainly no strangers to filling in (and even growing out of) Bioware's shoes.
I'm about to start playing KOTOR for the first time and was wondering if anyone had any advice or suggestions for how I can make the most of the game? I don't mind spoilers, just looking forward to finally playing.

I am going to write a Star Wars fan fiction set during the Old Republic focusing on an original creation. It will be set over one thousand years before the Clone Wars occur. To prepare for it, I want to get a "feel" of that time in terms of visuals, tone, and nostalgia. I want to get those factors right because I want a story that feels interrogatable to the "old-school style" of Star Wars that defines George Lucas, not sleek and futuristic settings of other sci-fi franchises.
Now, to my knowledge, there are no Star Wars films set during that time; however, there are quite a few video games that are set during that time. The three in particular that I am thinking about are Star Wars: The Old Republic, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, and ESPECIALLY Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords (since my original character is a Sith). As a result, I want to experience these video game stories without playing them (I really do not have the time for playing them). Of course, there is the site called YouTube that hosts countless videos on almost everything under the sun, and gameplay of Star Wars video games is no exception.
So, here is my question: do any of you have recommendations on good YouTube channels that have videos consisting of gameplay of Star Wars video games?
Here is what I am looking for:
Videos of gameplay focusing on the three games: Star Wars: The Old Republic (and all of its expansions, preferably), Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords.
No commentary from the player or even any showing of the player on the screen (just the game and the game alone).
No replacement of the in-game music with the players own music (I don't want to hear "A Whole New World", "Kiss the Girl", or "Beauty and the Beast" while a Jedi and a Sith are duking it out over the fate of the galaxy). I prefer that the in-game music is retained, though I won't throw a fit if the music is turned off.
Thanks in advance to whoever gives me recommendations.
