Thanks for the clarification about the spoiler image. Btw, how can I be sure it doesn't appear in the thumbnail? I didn't see it when I posted it on my laptop.
I forgot to add that the boat droid is meant to evoke the ferryman of the dead, Charon. Moreover, one of the rivers of the underworld was the Phlegethon, the river of fire. Jon Favreau seems to know his Greek mythology.
I was surprised to see the Darksaber in Moff GIdeon's hands. A good episode overall, but I have no idea how IG-11 suddenly popped up next to the stormtroopers who abducted Baby Yoda unless the droid has a built-in jetpack. It would have taken ages for IG-11 to walk from the spaceship to the town.
@Dark Lord of the Pith - I agree that it didn't make any sense that Moff Gideon had the Client killed. Other than that a great episode.
@Shield of the Jedi. The guy's name was Davan. Amusingly, he's portrayed by Matt Lanter, who voices Anakin Skywalker in the Clone Wars episodes.
All the white corridors in the prison ship were a big throw-back to the original SW film. It was one of the reasons why this chapter often made me think of 1970s sci-fi shows. On another note, we still don't know who appeared at the end of Chapter 5. Perhaps it won't be revealed until Season 2.
Thrawn is definitely a plus in Rebels. I also like that Frank Oz and James Earl Jones actually voiced their respective characters in the series.
When it comes to cannibalism, Ewoks are the worst!
I just read the article in the Wrap. The author mentions some arguments in favor of Boba Fett. I guess we'll see soon enough.
Probably either Moff Gideon or Bill Burr's character (whoever that will be). I very much doubt Boba Fett will be in the series.
The actor Oscar Isaac is supposed to be 5'9". I think the book Star Wars: The Force Awakens Head-to-Head (which is the source for the wiki) got something wrong.
I'm not so sure that Fennec is dead. A fennec is a species of desert fox, after all, and I think she can probably outfox anyone. I also think the guy who found her at the end is Moff Gideon.
@ArchieKE - The intro scene also made me think of a bunch of "orcs" pillaging a village. When they discovered the AT-ST's tracks I was half expecting them to say that they were made by a troll! lol The overall story was, of course, another classic Western trope, but well done.
@ArchieKE - On further consideration, I think you're right. The person Werner Herzog was referring to was probably Moff Gideon. I can't wait for Giancarlo to appear in the series. I'm sure he loved playing such a role.
What made me wonder was who Werner Herzog was referring to when he talked to Dr. Pershing about the baby. A mysterious "he" - Palpatine perhaps?
The outrage crowd is a fringe group. Most people who watch the Mandalorian certainly aren't outraged by it. Plus, many of the aliens could be female, we just don't know. How can you tell male and female Jawas apart? (Assuming they even have genders). A certain baby character was always referred to as "it" in Episode 2, but might actually be a "she" - we'll just have to wait and find out.
Negative: Way too short!
Positive: Hordes of Jawas! Plus,, we now know what the Yoda species eats and how they eat it... :-)
The reviews I've seen are positive. The game has an incredible imdb rating of 9.7 (out of 10). The Mandalorian's viewer rating is also very good, at 9.1.
Thanks

Yeah, it looked like a cross between a snake and a walrus.
Thanks, Datsturwursboi. That must be a super-recent wookieepedia article!
