Nothing. I just needed to find Bryce’s profile, but he hasn’t posted in quite a bit, so I just mentioned him to get get a profile link.
A dog is currently sitting on my foot.
Which might explain why I’ve been on my phone for over an hour now.
Wow... that’s some seriously good content.
The problem with an a lot of Sequel Trilogy analysis videos these days is that they’re too opinionated, and as a result, most of their arguments rest on the fact that
...what they’ve said is correct. By default, that makes millions of people disagree with them, for the simple reason that they don’t see eye-to-eye.
What I like the most about this video is that it points out just what we, as a fan base, need: the cold, hard facts. Despite the fact that we’re overwhelmed by ST haters extraordinaire, even the most extremist of them could admit that JustWrite makes some very good points. After all, it’s impossible to argue with data. What’s right is right, and what’s wrong is wrong.
I’d encourage you all to give this video a watch, even if you’ve decided that it’s a pointless load of B.S. just by looking at the title.
As for your question in the OP, I’ve always thought that both ways of watching have pros and cons. If you want to experience Star Wars in a truly authentic/vintage way, you could go wth release order and have the same feelings that lifelong fans had when their only option was to watch them as they came out. If you’d rather have a less confusing outlook on SW that doesn’t jump all over the place, go with chronological order.
Honeeslty, you do you 🤷♂️
I think the top spot goes to the Battle of Coruscant from RoTS. Every time I re-watch ep. III, I find myself awed by the sheer quantity of ships, droids, etc. that you see during Obi-Wan and Anakin’s opening flyby. It truly mirrors the chaos and confusion of war, and at the same time looks totally. Kriffin. Awesome.
The Holdo Maneuver is also pretty cool. I remember watching TLJ on opening night, and in that 2-3 seconds of absolute silence, you could hear everyone in the theatre inhale and hold their breath. It was pretty sweet.
The hutts were too busy quarrelling over who got Jabba’s throne, considering he was quite powerful. If you read the Aftermath Trilogy, it explains the struggle this was for the inhabitants of Tattooine and how they viewed it.
I like the snowtrooper captain.
Well, I’m using it right now...
That’s true. I guess as a planet progresses through the tournament, people will start to want to read about it, even if it’s someplace as obscure as Khomm.
@Willcthompson last I checked, Woody was struggling with an issue involving a reptile in his footwear...
This isn’t even a fair fight. Thrawn all the way!
And if I recall correctly, Holdo never had a fleet... the closest she came to having one was just the Raddus and a few X-Wings.
🤷♂️ As I said, it’s just an idea. I completely understand where you’re coming from, so no sweat if you don’t feel like doing it.
@Mantelian Prime —first of all, great job on the planet cup!
A little suggestion—you don’t have to listen to me or anything—But I’m guessing that a lot of people just click a random planet and vote for it, based on which picture looks coolest, etc. I think it’d be worth asking people if they could (kindly) read the atticles on each planet before voting to even out the odds.
