Darman and Etain from the Republic Commando books
Rex, but also Sev, Fordo, 99, and Fives. They're all pretty great
So many Clone Wars moments: 99s death, Ahsoka leaving, Fives' death, and of course the last episode. Also Kanan's death. Not much of a crier, but I grew up on all this stuff. Also, didn't cry, but Mayday's death in Bad Batch was unexpectedly sad.
Like many have said, it cleaned up lots of planets, but ultimately, people in power want more power and things break down from there. But, for instance, Thrawn's motivations for wanting that is way more nuanced than Palpatine's. I feel like if I lived in the SW universe, on a planet such as Tatooine, further removed from the politics, I would want the Empire, because I wouldn't know about Sith and Order 66 probably wasn't public knowledge, much like the Holocaust. The OG rebels were those who were there for Order 66. meanwhile, it took 19 years for a rebellion on Tatooine. Like many things, people's choices depend on their perspective. But OUR perspective shows the true evil of it all, much like when we look back at Nazi Germany.
Somehow, Ventress returned.
Mid episode. Glad it kept the plot line running, but it's not the best episode and I really don't want Omega to become a Jedi.
It looks unique, and that's great, but I think there's a chance that the ideas with the action don't translate as well. The writer mentioned some Legends material appearing in an interview, and that does pique my interest quite a bit.
Pretty good. Grogu made the wrong desision. It was too campy in some parts, but it was pretty good i guess.
I did a bunch of research for my star wars brickfilm and would spend hours on here researching. Then I lurked around discussions. I eventually made a post about a Rouge One theory. I was very active for 2 years until now. Now I'm barely active at all.
Wow this show was so original it decided to use cameos to improve it 🙄. But honestly the first 3 episodes were so bad I'm not complaining. Only Ahsoka and Cad Bane caught me off guard, tho. CAD BANE LOOKS SO GOOD IN LIVE ACTION. Now i have a question about atch to. It seems that some sort of flood will happen. We see the same mountains as we see in the sequals, but it's not covered in water. Very interesting. Also, Grogus armor is UGLY.
It would literally look like this. But this episode gets brownie points for including the 501st. And that's enough for me.
^^^ lol
Not finished but this episode is actually good. So surprised, but happy
Not sure why he met the slow bikers in this episode but also met them in the last.
My dad read me a book in a library when i was like 3 about Captain rex
Awful. The cyberpunk speeder guys don't belong. It matches cyberpunk, which isn't star wars. And their costume design looks cheap anyways. This was the best flashback. It wasn't too long and added to the story, while the others added to the Mandalorian's story. But my biggest problem, that the writers have failed to explain is why? Why did he help the Tuskens? Why did he kill bib fortuna? He and Jabba worked together, but suddenly his whole goal has to do with taking over from him. He has no reason to do a single thing other than it's what the writers are forced to make him do.
Sort of. They have really good parts, and really bad parts.
Im hoping to see Rex or any clone who was in clone wars. But i do like the crime side of Star Wars and like seeing more stories without the force that still feel Star Wars-y (which is a struggle) and not another sci-fi movie
Not very good. My problem is WHY does Boba want to do the things he's going. He served Jabba, why is he trying to replace him? I think it'll get better, but this still needs to be explained. Also loved Max Rebo and Frigan Dan. I started the episode with the language in Dutch on accident so i was confused why no one was speaking basic.
@ScoutTrooper99 same.
I think the drummers are part neimodian. They have distinct gray skin and similar face structure. It's not exactly, so i think their some sort of crossbreed
Looks sick!
