In The Bad Batch, Palpatine, Tarkin, and a few other Imps are talking about how clones are weak and they need humans to replace them. However, clones have been enhanced higher than the average human. So why do they want to replace the clones with stormtroopers? If it's just for obedience, he can plant a chip in all of them to make sure they get shocked if they disobey, while it will be harder to do for a human. The inhibitor chip doesn't work that well because several clone troopers have rebelled. But another chip that zaps them if they disobey or try to remove it will be much better than stormtroopers. It is harder to disguise yourself as a clone (you need the perfect accent) than it is as a stormtrooper (they can be anyone).

@FlankerE102 That meme got second place once when someone posted a meme twice in that same round and had been doing so for a while; a person pointed that out, and then someone else posted that in response.
