Can it be "Sum Star Wars fan!" (I suppose Star Wars doesn't have it's official title in Latin, does it?). Also, is the magic word {{gender:}} from the Russian sentence needed in Latin?

It MOST DEFINITELY can't be "fan", since a noun must have proper morphology, and it is not a good idea to leave the name of the franchise untranslated, either.
Gender thing is meaningful for the second version (amator/amatrix), the version with diligo is gender-neutral.
