Dovish Hokken was een Jedi Knight in de periode voor de Clone Wars.
Hokken werd in 22 BBY met de Monitor III taskforce uitgezonden naar de Atrivis Sector om te onderhandelen met de Pirates of Iridium. De missie liep uiteindelijk uit tot een gevecht met de piraten. De Monitor III raakte zwaar beschadigd, waarbij Hokken om het leven kwam.
