De Zoochberry was een eetbare bessensoort, die veel werd gebruikt als garnering bij zoete gerechten, zoals bijvoorbeeld Zoochberry Pie en Zoochberry Cobbler. Ook werd er Zoochberry Juice van gemaakt, een alcoholische drank.
