Youngster was the call sign of an Imperial pilot who flew in Black Eight Squadron, under the command of Juno Eclipse.
Biography[]
Youngster followed Juno into the squadron and was expected to rise quickly through the ranks of enlisted officers. However, he left the squadron after Juno was reassigned shortly after the Bombing of Callos; Youngster flew transport ships for a while before returning to active duty. Stationed as a sentry around the Imperial construction sites, he participated in some minor skirmishes.[1]
He was stationed on Kashyyyk when Galen Marek came to the planet to rescue Leia Organa and destroy the Skyhook above the planet used to transfer Wookiee slaves. At the same time, Youngster's former leader, Eclipse, was near the planet, now turned against the Empire; by coincidence she was researching her former colleagues' whereabouts and resisted the temptation to hail Youngstar.[1]
Youngster flew a TIE/LN starfighter against Starkiller, but the young Sith used the Force to smash his TIE into a building, killing him.[1]
