The 5x5 Puzzle Cube was a cube-shaped combination puzzle. It was notoriously more difficult than other similar games, like the Cerean Puzzle Cube, and posed a challenge to even the most technically-minded.[1]
During the Imperial blockade of the Anoat sector, a young smuggler from Burnin Konn asked a member of their crew to solve a 5x5 Puzzle Cube.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
The 5x5 Puzzle Cube was first mentioned in an optional Crew Run mission of the same name available in Star Wars: Uprising, a canon mobile game developed by Kabam, Disney Interactive, and Lucasfilm for iOS and Android platforms. The Crew Run required a single crew member to attempt, with a bonus for those with a technical background. If successful, players were rewarded with a high amount of experience for that crew member.[1] The game was released on September 10, 2015,[2] and shut down on November 17, 2016.[3]
