AL-42[4] was a train operator droid[1] who operated a train for the Pyke Syndicate.[3] In 5 ABY,[5] the droid operated a train that made its way across the Dune Sea, killing various Tusken Raiders and their banthas along the way. Boba Fett and a group of Tuskens attacked the train and stopped it during its course, with the droid managing to escape soon before the train was stopped.[3]
