The ANy-20 scan-mode transceiver, also known as an ANy-20 active sensor transceiver, was a type of specialized starship sensor manufactured by Fabritech. It sent out long-range pulses to collect data from a wide region of space, notably allowing the operator to locate other ships beyond visual range. The Corellian Engineering Corporation's YT-1300 light freighter was equipped with one such device.[2]
