Al'art was a General of the Royal Naboo Security Forces, a starfighter ace, and a so-called Royal Forces Vindicator. Sometime following the Battle of Yavin in 0 BBY, Al'art was seen on patrol in a Z-95 Headhunter in the Naboo system.
