Alderaanian white was a light-colored wine from the Core planet of Alderaan. Governor Wilhuff Tarkin was known to drink that wine on occasion. He notably poured glasses of it while stationed on Agaris, as part of an attempt to make Auric and Rhyssa Graf reveal everything they knew about the planet and its inhabitants.[1]
