Alexander Julstan IV was an Imperial Moff.
Biography[]
Julstan governed the Arkanis sector during the Galactic Civil War. He was once the owner of Twi'lek dancing girl C'ar L'andara until she escaped.[2] It was known that Julstan used the services of Ketton spy Derrida.[2]
