Alistar Sinclar was a human man who lived on the planet Coruscant. During the Imperial Era, he served as the manager of the Proam Avenue Citizen Assistance Office. During Ascension Week, Arihnda Pryce, who had been fired from Senator Domus Renking's office, visited Sinclar and asked him to hire her as a staff member. Sinclar hired Pryce for free during Ascension Week as a probationary period, after which he made her a full-time employee.[1]
