Almakian apple pie was a type of pie made on Almak, homeworld of the Leffingite species. It was served at the eatery known as Dex's Diner on the planet Coruscant. An artist was aware of the dish being available at Dex's and included that information in an entry on Leffingites in a journal which was restored, expanded, and displayed at the Graf Archive[1] at some point after 34 ABY.[2]

Almakian apple pie was first mentioned in the new Star Wars canon in the 2018 reference book Star Wars: Alien Archive, which was written by Nicole Clubb and Katrina Pallant.[1] The pie originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it was known as All-Almakian apple pie and was mentioned in "Dining at Dex's," a 2009 StarWars.com Hyperspace exclusive article written by Gregory Walker.[3]
