Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

Alphabet Two's voice first appeared in the 2020 novel Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker: Expanded Edition, written by Rae Carson.[1] In an interview with video creator "Star Wars Explained" on Youtube, another author named Alexander Freed was asked whether Alphabet Two was part of Alphabet Squadron, which Freed had created as the focus for his novel trilogy. Freed stated that at least one of the squadron's members was present at the Battle of Exegol, although his statement did not confirm Carson's intent of including Alphabet Two.[2]
