"Amy, guess what? Daddy's flying a ship called the Stardream. A passenger even gave me a stuffed orokeet, just for you! Tell mom to get a cage—I'll see you in a few days."
―One of Magnus's last communications to his daughter[1]

Amy was the daughter of Yllen and Magnus, the captain of the passenger liner Stardream during the Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. On one of the Stardream's runs[1] in 3639 BBY,[2] Magnus was given a stuffed bird known as an orokeet by a passenger, and he sent a message to his daughter about the present. However, the Stardream was quickly overwhelmed by the rakghoul plague, and Magnus's last communication to his daughter before succumbing completely to the plague was a paranoid message about how the crew was trying to take the ship from him.[1]

Behind the scenes[]

Amy was mentioned in a Codex entry from the Rakghoul Pandemic World Event,[1] which was added to the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic in Game Update 1.1 in 2012.[3]
