Andevor Javin was the author of a book entitled Carving the Republic: The Real Story of Count Dooku. The book concerned the eponymous Jedi Master Dooku,[1] who had resigned from his postition in the Jedi Order to found a militarized confederacy of planets that wished to secede from the Galactic Republic.[2] On the date 13:2:28, according to HoloNet News, Javin's book was number-one on a list of best-sellers.[1]

A ranking of the five best-selling books, from 23 BBY, including the number-one ranked Carving the Republic, appeared in HoloNet News Vol. 531 45 (2002), an in-universe website created to publicize the upcoming Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones film. Andevor Javin was credited for the book in its entry on this list.[1] Pablo Hidalgo and Paul Ens wrote the site content.[3]
