Anna Seertay was a female colonel in the Alliance to Restore the Republic's Special Forces. She assisted in the planning of Operation Cobolt under General Crix Madine's command. Seertay commanded the marine detachment that was charged with breaching the an Imperial orbital base over Mantooine in an assault boat and securing a temporary airlock to allow further assault forces to enter the station and secure an Imperial Intelligence Scandoc decoding computer.[2] She was killed during the operation; General Madine requested permission to posthumously promote and honor her with a commendation.[1]
