The Antiquities Institute was a small museum within the Tion Hegemony from which the sacred vase known as the ou'tranoi was stolen by Hylobon mercenaries in around 7966 C.R.C. The act of theft was caught on holographic security footage, which was reviewed by the Imperial Security Bureau, whom suspected that the theft had been orchestrated by the Crimson Dawn leader Dryden Vos, who often employed Hylobons. Imperial Security Bureau agent Andressa Divo included the case in a file she maintained on a variety of museum thefts that she suspected were linked to Vos.[1]
