- "Welcome aboard the Ark Angel, sir Darth Vader. Big fan. Huge!"
- ―Chelli Lona Aphra welcoming Darth Vader aboard her ship
The Ark Angel was a modified Bellicose-class heavy lifter[2] that belonged to Chelli Lona Aphra, a rogue archaeologist.[7] Aphra described the Ark Angel as a heavy-duty lifter.[3] The ship was destroyed during the Battle of Vrogas Vas.[5]
Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
Just as Chelli Lona Aphra was conceived as the archaeological antithesis of Indiana Jones, the title character of Lucasfilm Ltd.'s Indiana Jones franchise, the Ark Angel was named after the Ark of the Covenant, the title MacGuffin of the film Raiders of the Lost Ark.[10]
