Ark Rutendo was a Human male from Bespin who served with the Bespin Wing Guard during the Galactic Civil War. He was present with other Wing Guardsmen just prior to the Occupation of Bespin in 3 ABY.
Rutendo was also a meteorologist who was often found at Kerros Tower[1], predicting upcoming storms and weather patterns.
