The Arkanian sonic blaster was an Arkanian designed soundwave-based weapon manufactured during the period surrounding the Mandalorian Wars and the Jedi Civil War that was as powerful as a normal blaster with the added benefit of disorientating the enemy. In addition, many types of shields and defenses were unable to block sonic attacks.
