Arvira was an Imperial officer who served aboard the Devastator during the early stages of the Galactic Civil War as a fleet logistics liaison of the logistics corps. As a logistics officer, other officers would often come to Arvira for help with forms, which Arvira used to build a quiet network of influence among the crew of the starship.[1]
