The Astenban camp was a base located on the moon Astenban.^[2] In 229 BBY,^[1] Jedi Master Savina Besatrix Malagán predicted that the Nihil marauders would attempt to take control of the base, and decided to undergo a mission there to deny it to them. Shortly after Malagán arrived on Astenban, the Nihil also arrived and took control of the base. She then successfully destroyed the base using explosives.^[2]
