The Atrivis Resistance Group, informally known as the Atrivis cell and abbreviated as ARG, was an early resistance group against the Galactic Empire led by Travia Chan, and was active in the Atrivis sector. After the defeat of the Liberators in 14 AFE, Catta Dionize, on behalf of Chan, wrote to Senator Mon Mothma that the group decided to join her in what she named "the Alliance", becoming one of the first units of the later established Alliance to Restore the Republic. Their successful integration into the Rebel Alliance military led Mothma to believe that the Alliance High Command hierarchical structure was broadly functional.[1]
