Around 19 BBY,[2] an attack on Eyo-Dajuritz was carried out by the guerillas of the Onderonian Saw Gerrera. Secretly, Clone troopers were dispatched on Eyo-Dajuritz to destroy a Separatist contingency supply cache per and those with knowledge of it, which included Bail Organa and Haki Zeophrine. The troopers instead encounter members of Saw's guerrillas, whom coincidentally were on the planet to arm themselves with the weapons in the supply cache, and gave chase.[1]
Eventually cornering Saw's fighters and Bail Organa, Haki revealed her allegiance as an Imperial Intelligence agent as troopers open fired, although she was hit due to them being unaware of her true allegiance. Saw's guerrillas bomb the center of the cavern, causing a great flood that wiped out some of the Clone troopers but separated Haki from the group, with Soujen and Organa paired and the rest of Saw and his guerillas. While Saw, his fighters, Soujen, and Bail escaped, Haki is found by the Clone Commander, who after listening to her plea that she was on their side, ordered his men to execute her shortly to keep the existence of the cache a secret.[1]
