In 32 BBY, a group of Tusken Raiders led by Sharad Hett attacked the trading site of Mochot Steep on Tatooine, which was full of civilians buying weapons with which to protect themselves from the increasingly violent Tuskens. Among the killed were a moisture farmer, a Trandoshan arms dealer, and Conil Barje. Hett spared Barje's wife and baby.
