In 3 ABY,^[2] the Imperial II-class Star Destroyer Interrogator of the Galactic Empire carried out an attack on the capital city of the planet Qlothos, suspecting the presence of a Rebel garrison. Yet, there was no Rebels on the planet and the attack inadvertently caused the deaths of almost sixty Imperial citizens, including a prominent engineer from Kuat Drive Yards.^[1]
