Awls Ooteek was a male Abednedo member of the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Prior to his capture by the Galactic Empire, Brentin Lore Wexley heard rumors of a secret Imperial base from Ooteek. He later mentioned this to Rae Sloane while on Jakku.[1]
