Balc was a language used during the Clone Wars. The Sith Lord Darth Sidious used an incantation in Balc around the time Yoda was fighting against the spirit of Darth Bane on Moraband, with the words uttered being Kintik hadzuska sutta chwituskak! Kintik hadzuska sutta chwituskak! Jiaasjen Jidai, jiassjen Jidai!.
Behind the scenes[]
The phrase in "Balc speech" are in fact words in Sith as developed by Ben Grossblatt for Book of Sith: Secrets from the Dark Side. They do not, however, translate into a meaningful sentence, as it would literally translate as "Blackest born flung spears! Blackest born flung spears! Integrating the shadow Jedi, integrating the shadow Jedi!"
