Balderdash was a city on the planet Adarlon[1] that was connected to the world's spaceport by a whisper-transit transportation line.[2] In 22 BBY,[3] the town was the origin of a CoCo District Edition HoloNet News article titled "Quest for Quasar Fans Don't Like Ottekvar." The story discussed the controversy surrounding the casting of the actor Harlan Ottekvar as Lord Baltharog in the holofilm adaptation of Quest for Quasar production being made by Myris Pictures.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
Balderdash was first mentioned in the 1990 sourcebook Galaxy Guide 6: Tramp Freighters, authored by Mark Rein-Hagen and Stewart Wieck and published for use with West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[2]
