Balfron was mentioned in Star Wars canon on a list of destinations in the Coruscant spaceport in "Aldhani," the fourth episode of the television series Andor.[1] In Star Wars Legends, Balfron is a planet that first appeared in the 1989 roleplaying supplement Galaxy Guide 1: A New Hope.[2]
