"Right. And the bomb?"
"Over there. It's your standard time fused baradium charge."
"Sure, yeah. Baradium. Use these all the time."

Baradium bombs also known as baradium charges were a type of explosive that utilized the compound baradium. Baradium bombs could be magnetically attached to surfaces.[1] In 10 BBY,[3] Val employed handmade baradium bombs during a coaxium heist on Vandor. For the heist, Val keyed the bomb's detonator to her biological signature.[1]

In 3 ABY,[4] Kay Vess was hired by the Hutt Cartel to infiltrate the Pyke Syndicate's poaching station on Toshara, steal their client list and plant a baradium bomb on the station's generator, there by releasing the caged robumas.[2]

Behind the scenes[]

Baradium bombs first appearead though unidentified in the canon continuity in the 2018 film Solo: A Star Wars Story.[5] They were not identified in tie-in baradium bomb entry on the StarWars.com databank encyclopedia.[1]
