Bardi was a human who was a part of the Maya Pei Brigade during the Imperial Era.[2] In 4 BBY,[1] Bardi and several members of the brigade were left on the moon Yavin 4 after Bardi's brother departed without them. After the human Cassian Andor brought a TIE Avenger to the moon in relation to a mission for the Axis network, Bardi and the member Gerdis fought amongst themselves.[2] Splitting up into factions, the two decided once and for all to play a game of Five Hands with Roski rules to decide who would depart and who would stay on the moon. However, during their match, the two heard a loud rumbling that sounded like thunder. A moment later, Bardi and Gerdis were killed after a wild Yavinian doodar engulfed the two in its mouth.[4]
