Captain Barse Neomen was a competent officer who graduated from the Corulag Imperial Academy and was stationed at the Sisar Run, serving under Governor Newen Streeg. He quietly despises Governor Streeg and slips in subtle insults when possible, however he is smart enough not to try his luck too much. He viewed his assignment to the Sisar Run as "just bad luck."
Neomen's ambition outshone his ability. He grew bored and that was when Black Sun agents corrupted him. He collects Expansionist Era art, specifically the pre-Hutt Klatooinans and Niktos. his corruption helps grow his collection without raising too many eyebrows.
He commands a Strike Cruiser, the Ion Storm, where he keeps his second-in-command Commander Surlev on a short leash because the other man is extremely loyal to Governor Streeg.
