The Battle of Galov,[4] also known as the Battle of Relay Post,[5] was a conflict between the combined forces of the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Order against Nihil Raiders lead by Lourna Dee, who were attempting to capture Relay Post Epsilon One at the direction of Nihil leader Marchion Ro. When it became clear that the Nihil would not be able to capture the station, Dee fired on the station with a turbolaser, setting off a chain reaction that would eventually lead to its destruction. After the battle ended with a Galactic Republic and Jedi Order victory, the Republic captured most of the Nihil forces, including the entire crew of the cruiser Lourna Dee and Lourna Dee herself. But the Republic was unaware they had Dee in custody, believing her to have died in the battle.[2]
