Warning: This infobox is missing the following parameters: unit2, unit1 During the last months of the Cold War, a Republic fleet with a large force of Talon-class starfighters, arrived over the planet Nez Peron, an agricultural Sith world, in order to capture it, overwhelming the local Imperial starships easily. However, fighters from the elite Imperial Empire's Fury starfighter squadron soon came to the Imperial destroyers' aid, and the task force engaged the Republic ships in the atmosphere of Nez Peron. The Emperor's Fury fighters inflicted heavy casualties to the Talons, convincing the main Republic fleet to abandon the system.
