The Battle of Raquish was a battle fought on the planet Ando during the rule of the Galactic Republic.
Conflict began on Ando after the Republic forced demilitarization on the native Aqualish, leading to a dispute between the natives of Ando and the Andoan Free Colonies. During the course of the battle, thousands upon thousands of Aqualish lost their lives, though the conflict was eventually ended peacefully. Both sides agreed to sign the Treaty of Raquish, forbidding either force to launch any attack against the civilian population of the opposing side.
