The Battle of Shramar was an engagement fought between a joint New Republic and Imperial Remnant force and the Praetorite Vong during the Yuuzhan Vong War in 25 ABY.

During the battle, the journalist Cianba reported live on the HoloNet the progress of the fight before being forced to shoot the Yuuzhan Vong to defend her life.

The New Republic and Imperial forces resisted long enough to evacuate in the Heart of Artorias all the refugees present on the planet.
